Freezer had drifted to 15 degrees and the ice cream was soft. Turned out to be a thermistor reading wrong, not the board another shop wanted to replace. Done in one visit.

Glass door fogged on the inside and stayed that way all autumn. The door heater had gone open circuit. He tested it cold, replaced it, and the glass has been clear since.
